The story
Claire Facer is Senior Product Manager at Quant and co-chair of the IETF Secure Asset Transfer Protocol working group. When the IETF chartered SATP she described a ‘networks of networks’ future — larger than any single chain — which is the same philosophical claim as the Overledger whitepaper. Co-chairing a working group is a process role: agendas, last call, consensus. It is not evidence that SATP is a Quant product SKU.
