The story
Lenna Russ joined Quant in 2024 as Chief Commercial Officer, with more than twenty years in consulting, financial services and SaaS. Quant’s people page says she is responsible for sales, marketing and product development, and that her job is to help financial institutions and enterprises accelerate market entry with digital money and programmable assets.
She was previously Chief Revenue Officer at Tradeteq, a private-debt and trade-finance marketplace. Quant records a $12.5 million Series A Plus, a Dubai office and FCI membership among that tenure’s facts. Banking, capital markets and supply chain are the sectors she has worked; the Quant bet is that those processes can sit on tokenised deposits and multi-ledger workflows without the institution becoming an exchange.
